Manager of the 10,000 Steps Challenge - Sustainable Urban Mobility Development Specialist

Profile

She graduated in Social Geography with a focus on Transport and Urban Planning, which was her subject of study for several more years as part of her PhD studies at the Faculty of Architecture. During her studies, she was working as a local coordinator for the Bike to Work campaign and initiated the first thematic cycle route which encourages people to cycle to the local shopping area. After completing her Master's degree, she joined the Prague City Hall, and was responsible for the development of cycling. Among other things, she organized the European Mobility Weeks and was at the beginning of the Zero Emission Prague campaign, which aimed to popularize sustainable urban mobility and to communicate modern transport issues to the citizens of Prague. She is currently on parental leave with her second son and in her free time she manages the 10,000 Steps Challenge for the Partnership for Urban Mobility.
