Vratislav Filler

He is a member of the Sustainable Urbanism Lab team, where he was a team leader between 2011 and 2018 (when the name was Prague Development Team).  Between 2011 and 2013 and since 2015, he has been a member of the Prague City Council's Cycling Committee. He founded a cycling map of the website Prahou na kole, and between 2011 and 2014, he was the editor-in-chief of the website Prahou na kole (now called Městem na kole).  Co-author of the guide book for urban cycling Městem na kole (Grada 2018). In 2019-2021, he was involved in the amendment of Law 361/2000 leading to the introduction of a minimum distance when overtaking cyclists.
